The European AI and Cloud Summit is one of the largest conferences about Microsoft technologies in Europe. The conference taking place in the Trade fair Duesseldorf and brings together three different conferences, the European AI and Cloud Summit, the Collaboration Summit and the BizApps Summit.
This year there are some special announcements that make it worth taking a look and securing a ticket. In addition to the large speaker line-up with really great and valuable sessions, the keynotes have been announced and sound very interesting, such as from Marco Casalaina, VP Products of Azure AI and AI Futurist at Microsoft, who will be presenting “The Future of AI Is Already Here” or Vesa Juvonen, Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, who will be giving insights into “Unlocking the Future of Work with AI and Microsoft 365”.
I am delighted to have been invited again to this major conference and to be able to give two sessions.
- Securing the Cloud: Real-World Insights on Microsoft Defender vs. Open-Source Tools
This session is also a premiere, David O’Brien and I are giving a joint session on how to secure cloud environments. In the session we will discuss which topics are important and how good free tools are compared to paid tools and give some practical tips.
2. Hybrid- and Multi- Cloud Server Management with Azure Arc
This session will look at why Azure Arc is a cornerstone in hybrid cloud environments and why this solution can be an essential part of getting a centralized view of all assets in the landscape and what tools are available based on Azure Arc to get better management capabilities for the environment. I will dive into diffent solutions starting from rollout up to setup Update Manager or Defender for Cloud via Azure Arc.
